I love this! So pretty! A trick I’ve learned recently to get white chocolate or buttercream more white is to add just a tiny dab of purple dye! I don’t know the science behind it, but it has to do with being opposites on the color wheel. It works perfect and doesn’t mean you’re using a lot of food coloring!

Those choc moulds, make ball sphere making so easy. Loved the technique with brushed chocolate to make snowballs. Decorated beautifully

I’m so jealous of you guys - we don’t have Crumbl here. When I was in Texas last year I tried them and I’m still thinking about the Kentucky Butter Cake cookie they had, it was SO good. Hi Jemma, thanks for this recipe (and all your other yummy treats!) I’m a big fan of you and your team! Well done and keep up the good work! Just to say that I make chocolate bombs for hot chocolate drinks very regularly and I have cut up my ‘wibbly wobbly’ moulds into single ones. You can then manipulate them more easily and put them all on a tray to chill in the fridge. Much easier to handle! Wishing you all a great Christmas and lots of new recipe ideas for 2024❤️🎄❤️

Attempting to temper white chocolate in the microwave without a thermometer.... You like to live dangerously 😂 I tried to temper white chocolate on a bain marie with the thermometer and it was a huge fail. And I wasn't even planned to mold it 😅I just wanted it to look extra fancy on a cake 🤪
