For Esther Winchester, sometimes the vulture with the dynamite shows up before boss turns into phase 2 and it’s really hard to dodge all the stuff. Plus, I used Ms. Chalice because of extra health but her damage is weak and I got everything perfect except the time was 2:09. Cuphead or Mugman seems to be the only best characters to beat that boss. That boss in expert is super hard and it’s been more than 2 hours straight I’m tryin to get an S rank from that boss

honestly i kinda wish that they made a charm that shows health bars it would just be good for gauging damage and health normally without needing external methods, good video though always wondered if you could beat the snail before the anteater but i guess it only does more damage for the anteater

The way I sorta gauge how much health they still have in a phase is by how many cards I have at the stage where they turn. I would like to have a gauge so you could truly know what weapon is doing the most damage.

you get the yellow highlight under 2:00, buts its actually 2:10 for normal bosses to get S-rank :D

It took me forEVER to beat Saltbaker on expert and I consider myself an absolute Cuphead diehard but the difficulty in that fight just made it way more of a chore than it made it fun to me. It's probably the one time where I felt like Cuphead went a bridge too far. There is just WAY too much going on and it honestly made me feel more "lucky" than skilled when I finally beat him on expert. Anybody else think the DLC bosses had a little "too" much bullet storm stuff going on?

I think for phase 1 it can be rough but the later phases were easier.

@@CrankyTemplar Do you think the reason the first phase might be so difficult is because it was designed to be able to play as different characters with different skillsets? I really wished they would've programmed it for Cuphead and Chalice separately. That's kinda my only criticism of it and my theory as to why it felt so difficult.

I'm not too sure. Ms. Chalice definitely has an advantage in places like King's Leap but these are still very doable as Cuphead/Mugman.
