Hello fellow user! The name of the game is CUPHEAD! Originally this game exists in some gaming platforms. As far as I know you can play the FULL VERSION OF THIS GAME like in pc, xbox or playstation, and nintendo switch as well. If you want to play the full version, highly suggested to use these gaming platforms. This gaming platform of cuphead that I'm playing is not completed because this is just a fanmade game for mobile players to experience the gameplay of cuphead! Some bosses are not in the game, because some of the bosses didn't fit enough for mobile gameplay.

Hello fellow user! I can't say that it is entirely a ripoff because Cuphead Mobile is a fan made game that is designed for mobile players to experienced the original Cuphead game itself! Sadly this game is not completed due to some bosses that are not in the game. Because some of the bosses didn't fit enough for mobile gameplay.
