The beat from 0:16 and throughout this song, sounds the a little like Seventeen’s beat in Left & Right BUT!!!!!! Can you hear the *PAAM* at the end of each beats? That was the only part that (in my opinion) is similar. It sounds like a clap Another things is that the counting for Cupid shuffle is (1,2)(1,2)(1,2)(1,2)while the counting for Left & Right is (1)(1)(1)(1). When you listen to both songs for the first time you will think that it’s exactly the same but when you listen to it closely, you’ll see the difference.I tried singing left and right in Cupid shuffle’s beat and the verse got slower.
@shamyramelton82943 жыл бұрын
Shamsu Nisa y’all don’t hear similarities because Yall don’t want too. I went to music studies for THREE YEARS and u can obviously till they just changed the key and keep the same beat. Y’all hate to admit this Korean company’s aren’t original and steal from western artist 🙄

Even ifans don't realize or care to see where the inspirations in their favs are coming from and always compare kpop to current pop music in America, if they just looked to the past to 90s-early 2000s hip hop/pop they will see where this inspiration were coming from.
