Brother it does not matter what cologne you are wearing if you do not work on your body, mind and soul. If going to the gym is too much for you or you don’t have time, at least try a diet. Intermittent fasting diet will make you lose at least a pound every week, if not more. and that’s not even exercising, if you combine exercise you lose even more.
