Those prices are extraordinarily affordable compared to what we get here in the UK. I'd confidently say you'd have to multiply those prices by 3 or 4 times to get close to UK prices for sushi/sashimi.

Fun fact, about 25 years ago or so, in London, the first Sushi places started to open up, with the same system of different coloured plates indicating the price of each dish. It wasn't long before cleaners found plates stuck under the tables with chewing gum!!!

Yes it is ok! I have been doing this for a very long time and I try to build a life outside of youtube. It is very easy to burn yourself out creating and forget why you started in the first place. I went to Kura for the first time last year and had way more trouble figuring out the system. Sushi didn't impress me much. I prefer the Uogashi Nihon-Ichi chain myself.
