This multi layer necklace is beautiful. I made one very similar style but I used pale pinks, blues and greens. It was soft and elegant looking. I’m told they get compliments every time she wears it. I love making components and then putting it all together. I love that you make your loops nice and round and not teardrop shaped like so many on KZbin. I find many also tie knots in their threads. Back many years ago when I learned all about beading, I was taught NEVER tie knots in our work. Only half hitch knots and then weave in two different directions and do another half hitch knot and continue like that at least 3 times before cutting our threads. Knots are unsightly or they clog up your beads. Then we can’t reinforce our work well because we can’t get through our beads. It’s common sense really. 😹 I love the chain you used as well. Very pretty! Even when a person packs a lot of stuff it seems there’s always something that is missing! I like the way you show how to make the necklace longer where needed too. Totally agree the green /gold beads look gaudy. Remind me of Mardi Gras beads. The bright gold spacer bead don't like ,too bright. The other beads great for Fall. I'll be able to design some nice pieces. See what you come up with. Have fun!!

I thought exactly same thing when I saw green/yellow beads. Really contemplated just throwing away. Reminded me of Mardi gra beads. Did not throw away, but took much resolve not to do it. Why??? The rest were so pretty!

I’m not sure with this being all Glass beads the price is a bit high. There are other boxes on the market that have gemstones for less.
