Cannot get enough of how Lamborghini does not rush with introducing newer models in their lineup like come on 1991 to 2001 for Diablos, then with Murci, yet again similar pace with Aventador from 2011 to lets believe 2021-2022(?); unlike the Maranello people! And even now when everyone is rushing towards EV, Bolognese guys don't give a damn about it. Just love their stubbornness regardless of people bashing over them for not evolving which is good thing. Such an Italian trait!!

Awesome work as usual. Love this channel and would love to come visit if I am ever in Florida. My son who is 14 is finally a car guy and would go crazy to see these cars. Being born in 78 the Countach was more than just a poster car to me. My most memorable Christmas present was a custom white hoodie my parents had made for me with a rad white Countach on it with neon colors behind it. I would give anything to have this still. I was more excited for that on christmas than my Nintendo games or whatever else I got. I wanted a white one more than any other car in my entire life and would go insane to drive one of them someday. I was in car sales for over 12 years and it was the job I enjoyed more than any other but went back to engineering to be able to spend time with my son and his sports on the weekend because that’s just not possible to do when in sales as you know. Thanks again for the amazing content and thanks for sharing your knowledge and the cars.

John, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the 6.0 Air Conditioning works so well because it's an AC Delco unit from General Motors (which would be the only "excusable thing" to use from the GM parts bin on a Lambo 😆) Also- I believe the 6.0 Headlights are straight from a Nissan 300zx. Lamborghini installed a little carbon fiber trim piece on the upper portion of the headlight to cover the Nissan script. The interior can't be raved about enough...its such a pleasant place to be, swashed with leather and carbon fiber, little to no panel gaps nor rattling, great seating position...no question I'd pick a 6.0 over a Murci.

I love the early models. That dash pod isn't as bad as it looks once you are sat in it. The UK models had fog and reverse lights in the back that would melt if you drove it hard. You could tell garage queens from track weapons by how Dali they looked

The Diablo is still my all-time favorite exotic! 1999 is my favorite model year for these cars. I'm 6'5", so owning one and being able to comfortably fit inside of it is out of the question. Ideally, though... I'd like to have a 2001 6.0 and make it visually look like the GT model while retaining all of the luxury creature comforts and tech. Honestly, I really don't care for the looks of the 2000 and 2001 models... especially those wheels. I love the updated tech and power, though.

Honda was making a daily driver supercar in 1991. The NSX was so far ahead of it's time. Took Lambo until 2001 to make those improvements. Every modern day supercar owes the NSX a debt of gratitude.
