Hello I'm starting to watch your channel a bit more and wanted to comment something so I wondered why is your trash pickup over where you live different than it is in the US? And another thing I wanted to ask is why don't you open the front doors on your trailer? Wouldn't it be easier when you're parked right in the middle of the truck in trailer at least now that it's empty anyways
@PolyProphet2 жыл бұрын
From what I understand, our bulk rubbish collection, is different to the rest of our country. Maybe unions fought for it to be this way? No idea tbh. I usually like to build against the front gate/wall so I don’t bother with opening it. Thanks for watching mate 🤙🤙

Hi from New Zealand, I used to do the same. I made more out of garage sales than scrap. Pretty light metal items, but every pound counds for the scrappers. I don't agree with you, to leave back so many recyclable metals. From every option you have enough space for these at your truck and your trailer. That means more money for you, and secondary the protection of the land field ftom these trash metals.

NICE Load! Don't seem right that you scraped that tailgate with the company name on it. It may have accidently fell off their truck. Thinking you should have reached out to the company first. It still amazes me How Many curbside piles you come across there. Like the people that live there randomly feel like purging their stuff or move around alot. We usually come across one, maybe Two piles like that. Usually from someone moving or when the weather changes and people feel the need to do what we call spring or fall cleaning and purge their old stuff. Still loving your trailer!
@PolyProphet2 жыл бұрын
Initially I thought just get it off the road, then I thought they could replace it and claim it on tax, but fair call. I may do differently if it happened again. I think it’s people moving/evicted and purging or ‘spring’ cleaning. There’s also smaller properties here so more properties per block. More chances of hard rubbish being out 🤔🙂

I am only guessing, but its an educated guess, that the guy seen here and in recent videos at the steel pile and being good for assisting in the unloading is a newcomer who has come over from abroad to try his hand at the Australian thing. He is or was maybe not totally up to speed with all the operational skills and procedures at the facility but he shall sooner rather than later get there.
