My dentist passed away. The one he sold the practice to remodeled. All hard surfaces, wood laminate floors, cheap lightweight interior doors that slam loudly, and the first time after the remodel, dance club music blaring from speakers everywhere. The office should be tranquil. Dentists know many people are already anxious or phobic, and many are there for uncomfortable or painful procedures.
