Cure Camp is a hands-on, culinary experience for the chef community to expand their knowledge on all things meat. The event was held at The Square, a premier food hall and market, led by Charcutier Michael (Sully) Sullivan and Master Butcher T.C. Turner. During the event, participants learned innovative ways to maximize the value of Creekstone Farms’ superior beef and pork. Guests experienced live demonstrations, learned how to break down whole meats and primals, enjoyed dining experiences, networked with other chefs and built lasting industry connections.
