im personally a strong believer in the “mizi didn’t know they were competing to the death” theory, so imagine if it wasn’t mutual, or at least not mutually agreed upon and sua just decides to kiss her out of nowhere with mizi having no clue what’s going on, and she’d innocently lean into it like it’s just another kiss. until she tastes blood in her mouth and can feel the tears running down sua’s face and by the time she opens her eyes sua’s falling with that same look ivan had. (is there a choking scene in this au..?)

the way i imagined sua dropping her mic (as ivan does) and slowly walking to mizi for a kiss, and sua’s all happy and smiling and when she kisses mizi, mizi’s confused until she notices sua’s score drop, mizi trying to pull sua away because she realizes what she’s doing, and then sua walking away from mizi (sua doesn’t choke mizi. mizi’s own tears do.) and mizi is chasing her screaming and crying but sua’s still smiling and it transitions to them playing tag as kids and then shows mizi’s hand reaching for sua, cutting back to reality as sua is shot!!

I wonder why they never included the final chorus in the original MV, since the guitar solo leading up to it sounds so perfect that it sounds like it was the original version that got separated. Plus the album version lines up well with the MV... (Ivan gets shot on beat 💀💀)

What i imagine during the interlude is a genuine kiss before a tight embrace. They start running the show too long so they start shooting at Sua, so the two start spinning. We get a glimps of the shots from round 1 before Sua is finally shot down and Mizi finishes the song

what i think about when i listen to this with the interlude, its an alternate thing where instead of mizi and sua being in round 1 together, they’re separated at first until they make it to this round. mizi has seen what happens to people when they lose and in the time it took to get to her round against sua, she’s realised the situation she’s in (either her or sua will die) - so similar to till in the original round 6, mizi is depressed because she knows whats going to happen, and again like till, she stops singing. that’s when sua notices, walks (or runs) over to mizi and starts kissing her like ivan did to till, mizi knows if sua stops singing and does this sua will lose and die, so mizi starts struggling and trying to push away. i dont think sua would try strangling mizi like ivan did to till (since obviously thats not like her, i also dont think she’d be strong enough physically lol😭) but it ends with sua sacrificing herself like she originally did. what originally happens to the two of them is tragic enough, but i think the both of them fighting over who will sacrifice themself for the other is also painful

Honest to God, I cannot imagine them kissing in this scenario. Mizi would've definitely started panicking in this scenario, trying to think of a way to get them both out, or she mightve just stopped singing entirely to make sure Sua lived. Likewise, Sua does the same. The only thing I can see happening is the both of them in tears, Sua trying to assure Mizi, begging her to sing, because she can't imagine the thought of her dead. Maybe they both end up dead instead.
