go vegan for 3-5 months and only use coconut oil and drink a gallon of water a day I had severe dry skin to the point where I used to itch my skin under hot water to be relieved when I came out I itched so hard I used to bleed my mom recommended that I go vegan for 3-5 months boom now my skin is all clear I don't know if it would work on your condition but it's basically the same shii many give it a try
