Yes, thank you very much! I am now actually thinking of a complete monitoring-controlling equipment for the Peltier. 1 current sensor, 3-4 temperature sensors, a voltmeter, all combined with an Arduino and a logging capability. That would be something nice, I think.

How about when I Use Adafruit Analog amplifier AD8495, and my plan use ADS1115 as ADC for amplifier AD8495?

That has an internal cold junction compensation, so it should work fine.
