I am so overwhelmed with info. I finally took the plunge and did the wash and go, coils came, I got under the dryer, slept with a silk cap, took my cap off and I ended with a very dry no coils afro style. I'm looking for what you do after day 1 or the night before going to bed, do I need to do the 4 method everyday? once a week? Should I try my steam cap instead of washing it again?I am sooo lost.
