I use a silk scarf, bonnet and sleep on a satin pillow. Since retirement I keep my hair in a crochet hair for 'get up and go'.

Watched both videos this morning, went straight to beauty supply to find hair, to no avail. Ended up getting Marley hair and I am going to perm rod it three different sizes just to see how it comes out. I am still going to try and find Curlkalon online. so of course I just cut my hair into a tapered style and then I see this video....love it, I will definitely be ordering. but not sure of I need as many boxes since my hair is short on the sides. I think I will start out with 3 boxes 1 of each type of curly. How many come in a box, and can they be split prior to crocheting them in.
