I'm 66 years old and I have worked from home for the past 20 years, so I don't get out at lunch time to cruise the perfume counters any more. I love the older fragrances but most of them have been discontinued or reformulated and don't smell the same. 1. Arpege: Used to be my all time favorite, but it has been reformulated and it smells depressing. 2. Charisma (Avon): This was my favorite from 1970 until about 1980. Again it was reformulated or Avon started using a sickening animal fixative. It was discontinued. 3. Woodhue (Fabrege): A fresh, clean, powdery sent that was discontinued. 4. L'origan (Coty): This was a beautiful "stop you in your tracks" fragrance that was discontinued. 5. True Love (Elizabeth Arden): I brought this because, to me, it actually smelled like 'true love' and it's still available. I have a bottle and it does not seem to have suffered the misfortune of reformulation. 6. Beautiful: (Estee Lauder): I still enjoy and own a bottle. The formula may have been tweaked a bit, but it is still a beautiful fragrance. 7. J'adore (Dior): I own a bottle and I still enjoy it, but it smells reformulated. Nevertheless, it's close enough to the original to remain a great fragrance. However, with the reformulation, it smells a bit like "Bill Blass" (Bill Blass), a discontinued fragrance that was almost "loud" but classy. 8. Prophecy (Prince Matchabelli) discontinued. I rather great perfumes be discontinued than reformulated. 9. Cherry Almond (Bath and Body Works) Discontinued, but it can still be found. 10. Liquid Sunshine (Bath and Body Works) A wonderful fragrance that they discontinued. I'm going to have to bring my perfume game into the 20th century. I'm doing that by watching you and the channels of other experts who understand the power of great fragrances and how we attach memories and good times to them.

And Replica By the Fireplace,and Replica Autumn Vibes..because I really like Autumn Signature by Tova and so I think that I'd really like Autumn Vibes,and By the Fireplace... Autumn Signature,and Ambre D'oro were blind buys but I don't regret them I just wish that more people would review Tova's fragrances because they are the really good. And also I'm thinking about getting Idole L'intense and Idole Aura.

I live in a hot and humid climate on an island. Florabotanica is my summer signature scent. It is beautiful and fresh and lasts all day. It is perfect for the office and spending time outdoors. Love it!!

Great list! I completely agree with Prada La Femme-- it's such a pretty classic, signature fragrance. Not earth shattering, but sometimes you need that one fragrance that's easy and versatile, but always exudes beauty and class. I'm going to check out Prada L'eau and see what's that's like.

I buy alot of my fragrances over at Ebay.com...like me personally I love,love,love YSL fragrances,Joy Intense by Dior, Chanel Coco Noir,and The One by Dolce and Gabbana just to name a many,many few I love..but Nordstrom sell Chanel Coco Noir the 3.4 oz for over $150+ with the tax and overhead etc,etc your paying close to $170.00..and you have to realize that alot of stuff that's discontinued..that maybe the store discontinues it..that's why you have to go online..also www.fragrancex.com and www.fragrancenet.com,and Labelle perfume (look it up over at Nordstroms or Macy's and then buy it online)...but I also am starting a fragrance wardrobe so I wear more then one..and alot of fragrances in a line are sometimes not carried in your local store like I love the Lancome La Nuit Tresor Nude..well it's carried mostly in Europe but you can find it online you may also be able to get Manifesto in a rollerball and or body products...I said to myself that I wanted to get some other stuff girl! Like Christmas is right around the corner and I'm a ton of Christmas cards boxed and Keepsake ornaments from Hallmark,a few new shoes,and a few brand new purses..plus I love to buy movies and if I'm not buying what I want..I'm having to buy what I need and or pay bills...but slot of these places also have what's called Afterpay...so you pay for your perfume or perfumes and then you make 4 payments..like I bought Valentino Voce Viva well my 1st payment was due yesterday the day that I bought but only $29.78,my next payment is due on 11/4 the same amount,and then my next payment is due on 11/28 also the same amount...and my final payment is due in December I think 12/12? But for $29.77..and as long I make the payments I have no interests pmts... But if you give them your Debit and or Credit card number it's immediately deducted out of your account. So I hope this helps also.

I ordered the Masterclass Perfume set from Parfums de Marly and with it came a redeemable voucher of €50, so I'm also ordering Delina ❤️ I just wanted to mention that I love when people give credit to Prada La Femme! It's just a beautiful, fresh and clean, soft, very elegant, sophisticated, "rich" scent. I weared it yesterday, right after a long bath and I felt so put together, even though I was in my pajamas... I also loooooove Prada L'Homme, one of my favourite scents for men. I think Prada makes beautiful, sexy, very elegant and sophisticated scents but it's so underrated!

Angel muse edp is too much for me. I have the edt I mixed with Elie saab girl of now ohhh my, it creates the most beautiful scent and they last so long I love them My top fragrances are: La vie est belle Good girl Mon guerlain La nuit tresor Tomford velvet orchid Elie saab girl of now Angel muse edt Dolce Gabbana the one Calvin Klein obsession I bought cloud by ariana grande as duplicate for baccarat rouge it doesn't last on me at all and smells different. I'm trying to buy Burberry for her intense to see if it smells like it, I see a lot of youtubers are saying they smell the same. As for delina I I smell it last year at my old job I was amazed by the smell but the price hurt my eyes lol. I'm trying to buy tomford noir pour femme for my birthday but I'm debating between Burberry for her intense don't know which one I should try first.

I got the Delina dupe, First Kiss, from layered and love it. Wearing it right now. However, I got a sample of Delina de Marley. It spilled on my hand, and was so soft and feminine, yet lasting, through several hand washings. It is gourgeous, so ordered it, to wear on special occasions, at least.

So many blind buys from watching your videos. Not a fan of the Florabotanica, it’s just OK for me, I would not buy again, I prefer Aura by Mugler. Enjoyed yourprogramme karina my fav perfumes are numerous as I like to blend my own oils.spiritual s,ky use to make a oil called aphrodisia original.it is divine and I have saved two bottles.i Alston’s love commercial perfumes such as flowers by kendo rive gauche by ysl, issymiyake original,light blue dolce gabbana, karma by lush they use to make a fragrance with ginger which was amazing.simply belle ?i love most Chanel fragrances and I love l,Occitan also except for the botanical one it’s awful.have you heard of allesandro del aqua original not the rose it’s so beautiful but I can’t get it anywhere.body shop have some lovely fragrances .white musk! and if you like musk wild musk oil by city is amazing but hard to get.you must get the oil and not the perfumes.i like to try unusual sources.i bought some oils from Ireland with a witchy names and attidude with names like haunted house ,cemetery which your probably horrified bu5 they are quite unique and I get comments all the time.i do tend to layer when wearing oils starting with a musk or aphrodisiac which gives me a solid clean base to put some interesting notes on.i may be a little unconventional in your world but I enjoyed your insights thanks jo

Hi 😃...i live in greece (athens) . Here we have fregrances shops where you can bye the fragrance you want with 20 or 30 € ,they are 95 % or 100% similar to the original an long lasting 8-12 h.

Iam gonna buy it actually a blind buy to be frank (!) Cause i do not love green perfumes but I keep reading the blend in this one is so unique that even people who do not enjoy green floral perfumes will absolutely love this!

@@katycanino1566 sadly it was no good on my skin either..it smelled great for a few minutes then it revealed one note that really bothers my nose..and yup, totally regular... i bought the only one (black) from d&g this month and i really love this one! However, iam still in search of my signature perfume.. libre by ysl was also great on my skin but not my signature scent for sure.. I hope i will find it some day soon:/

@@izievalo6319 I looove The Only One. You will find your love or many loves, just buy samples so you don't waste money. My initial love was Lou Lou from Cacharel. That was my olfactive awakening. That was when I was 11, now I'm about to turn 42 years old and my Lou Lou is always with me. (I just realized that was 30 years ago). This hobbie can be really expensive 😆

I'm one that thinks MFK baccarat rouge is not that great. There are a lot of other fragrances I like better. Plus it's a little too masculine for me. One great thing about it is that it LASTS. It stays on whatever it lands. I sprayed it on while sitting by my keyboard, now I get whiffs everyday at work. If you hug someone, they will have it on them. It definitely performs.

I’m in same boat. To me this smells medicinal, gauze bandages and iodine covered in sugary strawberry syrup-yuck! I do not want to smell like this!

Love watching your channel being on lockdown here in Canada is tough. Fragrances always makes me happy. I love your choices I have just ordered Prada la femme. Have ordered many perfumes lately and have just gotten Girl of Now by Elie Saab, Coco edt Chanel and a fresh summer scent A Girl in Capri by Lanvin not one I hear about but it’s lovely and cheap in price point.

I want the Noir Pour femme so much!! Probably my next purchase. I'd love to get Delina and the Givenchy as well. Im really interested in Spirituesse Double as well. Both sound up my alley. But i know theyre really pricy too. If im going to get a MFK it will probably be Grand Soir. I LOVE amber vaniila combos and it has great reviews. Baccarat Rouge is just ok, it's nothing special. I keep trying it to see what people are going on about, but I'm not loying 😂 just not my thing. Delina is another one that I'm wondering why this is a big deal. It's ok at best, I was underwhelmed.

Great reviews, those are kind of expensive fragrances, are there any budget fragrances that provoke the same feelings? For me those are Armaf Donna Vivo, Armaf Club de Nuit and my favorite, Armaf Club de Nuit Intense. And in the middle range YSL Mon Paris and Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming. Those are my 5 favorites.

I get my samples from eBay and I have never been impressed with any Tom Ford (tried 8) and Angel Muse I cant smell any chocolate or hazelnut it’s just a plain old musky fragrance. Almost want to try again but it gets so expensive 😫 still want to try Soliel Blanc and Plum Jasonesque by TF though even though I’ve smelled at least 10 of his and not loved anything

That Tom Ford baby baby baby let me tell you something..... my husband loves this on me and when I wear it makes me feel sexy .eatable .powerful.... it’s smells like a creamy dessert.... mannnnnnnmnn
