I'm so confused. I just watched a video of yours where you hadn't used shampoo in 5 years and mentioned several times that people who tell you you need shampoo are usually working for shampoo companies. ....now you're making a shampoo ad! ...? Which is it? No poo or poo? What happened??

Curious why you decided to stop going poo-free? I've been on a curly girl journey for a few years and struggled to find the right routine for myself, I've tried poo free ACV and baking soda, I've been making my own conditioner for awhile and that's been okay but still not quite what I'm looking for. I've thought about trying no poo again but not sure if that's going to work out.

I’m trying to regrow my hair from coloring damage and am also going the natural route with henna to maintain the red/auburn I had as a child. Love your videos! How often are you shampooing now? I have a naturally oily scalp and have to shampoo more often than most curlies. Anyway great videos.👍🏻
