Will you explain what all the different classes are and what they mean please? I’ve seen ivy doing a lot of stepping stone classes and be interested to know what they mean ☺️

Stepping stones is 12 & under classes 75cms / 80cms jump off. 4 double clears to qualify for the final

Super job, Ivy! Curly really is a through and through jumper pony who lover her job. It’s hard keeping your bum in thr saddle with that bouncy Tigger canter, but you did great. Some fabulous turns, especially to the 2nd last fence. Great job when you remembered to hold her hand rather than hold her back, it’s a hard lesson to learn,especially when the cra cra “lets zoom” hits them. Be proud of you and her! Kudos to Mom & Dad

I am always thrilled to see these longer videos with all that goes on in preparation. Mom and Dad are brilliant trainers. You are really growing physically. Great job Ivy! You certainly handle Curley well and it seems no matter what horse or pony you’re riding, they are absolutely 100% in and willing to go for you and I think it’s because they can tell how much you appreciate them because you pet them and tell them that they’ve done a good job and that’s so important and so I think that is a large part of wire horses and ponies really perform so well for you and try so hard because they can tell you really appreciate them. Well done, Ivy! Curly is a handful, isn't she? Many years ago I rode a horse who was like Curly over fences. He LOVED to race up to every fence and get his head up high and charge! And yea, it was a bit scary sometimes. What I learned with him was to keep my hands as low as possible for a low hold to encourage him to keep his head down a bit and after some practice, that really helped. You are more used to Troy. I love watching your progress and you're doing wonderfully!

Lovely rounds there Ivy. Curly just likes to wind up towards the end of the rounds. She jumped calmer round the open for you,after she'd burnt some gas off in first round. As your growing and getting longer legs, core strength you are keeping that energy controlled. Bravo. Loved it. ❤❤ 🥰

Reminds me of my old jumping pony, fast as anything, but if you didn't keep the leg on at the fence, you did the jump without him. 🤣🤣 Found that one out the hard way, night before comp spent a few hours in A&E, still came 5th the next day with a stiff arm and concussion. 😆

I know you guys are very knowledgeable, but there is always more to learn. I’m going to encourage you to find and watch “Steve Young Horsemanship”. Curly should STAND to be mounted not moving off and circling. Curly doesn’t respect Ivy enough, invades her space on the ground, lots of unrequested forward movement and pushing through people. I don’t understand all the hand feeding and wouldn’t at all with ponies. But, but…I love this channel and the organic natural talent plus hard work on show. We all do things differently. Keep up the great work.
