This is a story of Rajni Sardana from Delhi whose husband lost his job during the lockdown. It became difficult to run the house and raise their daughter so Rajni came up with the idea of selling biryani on the road as there was no money to buy or rent a shop. Today, she along with her husband sells biryani near Delhi's Rohini Court to make ends meet. People like her biryani so much that they call her 'Iron Lady' & 'Biryani Wali Aunty'. From what I hear, when anywhere abroad like USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Indians (no matter what qualification whether bank exec back home or teacher or doctor et) will work any job, whether coffee shop, factory, uber, restaurant, grocery store stalk and clerk position, truck driving, etc...so if that same attitude is applied in India itself, then it will help both the individual and the country to prosper.

Biryani is Evergreen and the Most Popular food sold not Only in India but abroad as well. Biryani of Kerala does not Qualify as Biryani.
