Best place to visit is between November and February. Dev Diwali is a good time to check. Other time please check whether there is flood in river ganeges or not. As because of flood, aarti take place inside temple, which you don't able to enjoy.

Nice video though I just to want request all tourist to don't release floating candles in the river it's create lots of pollution on the banks. There are lot of other things also to visit in varanasi like Sarnath(one of the sacred place for budhhism) and BHU without which your varanasi tour will be not complete.
