She speaks candidly about her journey from being the youngest chef of Gujarat to opening a restaurant in Baroda & being a mother.
Aanal is the Co-Founder of The Secret Kitchen, which is Vadodara’s Baroda's only fine dining restaurant. She has 4 more chains along with a recent chain in Australia too. Aanal has her own retail business of home-cooked line of Indian spices, ready-to-cook mixture & bakery premix as well.
