Try with our west bengal village baari made from dal lauki baari ki sabzi also put some coconut & cholar dal as well so after preparation comes up with whole Bengali dish or you can add curry leaves & mustard comes up with whole Maharashtra dish🙏👍

Loki recipe in Punjabi style...(cut Loki in small pieces), in cooker add pure ghee+ tamato+ ginger+loki + salt + red chilli+turmeric....close cooker after 3 whistle .. switch off Gas.. when steam goes open the cooker and then mash loki with ghotona... yummy Loki is ready

Lauki halwa OMG very delicious with khoya and dry fruits in it. This host is so less knowledgeable about veggies though most Indians are vegetarian not like us. We love Lauki Chana daal very much with white rice and we cook with goat meat known as dal gosht with lauki. We live in USA and miss our Pakistan desi food. We get here but not the ones back home. This lady needs to explore more about her country food as it’s embarrassing to address who likes Lauki maybe you are ignorant.
