Republic services curotto can slamming eagle garbage truck

I normally don't get to film the garbage truck but the normal driver got the week off so this guy collected. He hasn't collected for two years so I am guessing that is why there was some accidents. This guy was cool with me filming him. Enjoy, there might not be much more of republic services garbage. I go back to school on Wednesday.

@@nfsfreak98 Yeah, where I just moved from, they put a sticker with the rules on the garbage and recycling cans (English + Spanish/ large Spanish-speaking population), and put them on the city website as well. Including accepted materials, when yard waste is picked up, and what is/is not allowed in the recycling can + garbage cans. If you don't follow the rules (everything must be in the container, for starters), they will not take it. For big stuff, you either have to bring it to the transfer station yourself, or pay for a special bulky waste pickup sticker and put the item out on a certain day. Definitely can be annoying, but I understand it from the point of the trash collectors. Due to the narrow streets, they wheel the garbage cans over to the truck by hand and check what's inside before loading it into the truck. They also always have 2 guys whenever I've seen them.

This model truck is quite bizarre to what we have here in virginia and plus, our trucks ONLY pick up cans. We have another truck pick up hard trash like the mattress and all those boxes. Sometimes they get left because I think theres a certain way you have to dispose of it.

Garbageman sure have to put up with a lot of crap from people. I don’t know when This was madebut now they have certain rules they have about how the garbage is to be packaged up for the trash guys to take away. They don’t have time to be picking up bits of Styrofoam off the ground because somebody’s too lazy to put it in an appropriate container or seemingly purposely putting the objects to be taken away there in an in ordinate manner just so it makes it hard on the trash guy. Yeah they make a lot of money but sometimes no money is worth what you have to endure in any job you have. And having blabby kids interrupting every five seconds doesn’t help with your time frame for getting your job done. I appreciate the garbagemen, it’s a job I never would want to have but I am grateful that somebody does it for me. I remember when I was a kid we had garbage service but we also took things to the dump ourselves, but the dump then like it is now, Our dump was more like a flea market LOL. !!!!!⭐️

We now got these underground containers here in the netherlands. so 2 per block. so no more individual garbage cans and no more garbage on the streets. Scan with a card, the bin opens, dumb your stuff. the guy comes once a week and pulls out the container out of the ground and empties it on his truck.

We’re about to change from another company to republic coming up in April. I don’t know how it’s going to go and I’m not happy with change only because I don’t like change. The way the garbage was going and being collected since I’ve lived here for almost 9 years it’s been fine, I don’t know why They are changing but as a citizen of the city I have to go along with the program so I will. Hopefully all will go well. 😟
