Yes But SC confirmed that 'Right to Privacy' can be drawn from Art 14,19 and 21 Note: RT Privacy is not absolute but subject to certain limitations.

Drishti team just a serious concern- I'm following Drishti magzines but I have checked all of them from June magzine(ie from 24th March current) but neither the NCT Act 2023 nor the Data protection Act 2023 is mentioned anywhere. Can you please tell my why because I got to know about these 2 topics via this video and what if there are many more topics and I'm on the 7th sky that I covered the whole current by magzine but the reality is I didn't even read imp one. Why is this so..????
