Some industries have very high debt ratios, so you can't make a judgement on whether it is a good or bad position on the numbers alone. Also, the business might have had a higher reliance on debt the year before so this may actually be an improved position.

is the salaries of the employees of a company that has not been paid does it falls under current liabilities.

Salaries are an expense, and so appear on the Income Statement, not the Balance Sheet
