Hola! Yo tengo una pregunta para tu (hehe im still learning so my grammar's still a bit shite). How is it that you're able to play copyrighted music on top of copyrighted videos without getting taken down?

I'm not spanish, I'm italian! 😂 And I'm taken down constantly (recently 3 videos (December and January uploads: you can find them on instagram ✌️), even though I do everything to make sure I don't have any copyrights claims on the video part: i edit my videos in a way that there isn't a full sequence of the movie in them (even when it seems like a full sequence, it's still subtly edited 😅).

The problems starts when you get copyright claims from music owners and movie owners: when both wants the ad money from the video youtube blocks them. Usually all the money goes to the music owners
