Mam,just want a clarity that let’s take an example A and B married and they have a baby C now A changed his religion to Muslim and had another marriage To D and again a baby E now the question is what will be ancestral rights of C ( will he get ancestral property as per Hindu marriage law or Muslim marriage law)???

Why so??
@sidhi-ck8lj Жыл бұрын
because ,bro ,when then marriage happened between person a and b ,at that time child c was hindu .therefore 'hindu marriage law will be applicable to their child .....!and e child pr muslim law apply hoga @@yashvardhan652

@@yashvardhan652 because he's still the child of A and marriage with D will be void (only if he's legally married to B ) And B will still be his legal spouse .

Such immature mentality or I should say lack of making reasonable judgement, people like you have, instead of saying that the culprit of mob lynching taking away innocent lives due to their misinformation should be given capital punishment, you are saying that cow slaughtering people should get capital punishment 🤦🏻♀️ who are just common people living about their lives minding their own business. Shame on people who have such mentality like you. Seems like you incapable of being educated and having a rationale !
