Current River Pulltite to Round Spring

This stretch was as beautiful as expected. This fishing was tougher than I hoped for, but we didn't get on until after 1 pm. In my experience that is typically a tough time to fish in the summer. We all caught fish and had several cool things to see on the way.

It's been years since I've floated the Current River and never that section. That water moves pretty quick in spots. Challenging to get off casts sometimes. Thanks for the shout out, Larry. Glad you caught some with ny lures. Cant wait to see whats next!

No problem, Chris. It is quick in sections. You got to get back out there. I had several about 10 feet from the yak, and they turned away.

Thanks, Mark. It was awesome looking. I'd say it would fish really well in the early morning. Daybreak, and you'd probably catch some good ones. I need to find a little spot and camp then fosh at night for some toads.

That spring coming out of the cave was sooo cool! Awesome with the smallie jumping out to get the dragon fly. It is an absolutely beautiful area there Larry! Agree with the pattern on that one 7:24. 10:30 going in and out of the cave 👍 great stuff brother!!!

Pretty much. This was last Friday, and Saturday wasn't busy either. I find that after Labor Day, most people act like the river is closed down for the year 😆 🤣 I love it.
