Ultimately, Rank, no of attempts has become a criteria for interview selection of CA's. If a person cleared with dummy articleship and secured RANK - He will be hired by big companies. If a person cleared with multiple attempts after tiresome efforts in articleship - he will be degraded.

what you are saying absolutely correct about law, because I scored 50 in law by making sincere efforts for one month in Nov 2023, but I barely read it for 1.5 days and scored 72 in SPOM.

the new scheme has definitely succeeded in making CA a less valuable course as compared to before. i feel like they're trying to reinstate cma and cs as the costing and law oriented professions, and in doing so reducing the syllabus and making ca testing pattern easy. This is affecting knowledge of students.

Your Opinion on SCPM and Law is wrong Sir. Just because the Pass % is high, that doesn't mean the exam is easy or Student doesn't study. Every 8 exam is seen equally important, and deserve same level of Energy in preparation. I Cleared both SPOM papers with full reading of Study Mats. I did study the ICDR regulations which u said. just because some students pass hook or crook, that doesn't mean Quality of entire batch of SPOM giving students is low. Summa kanna Muuditu button thattuna laam pass aaga mudiyadhu.

What he say he right and your one exception couldn't be taken as an example. Few faculties say only 2- 5 percentage of students prepare properly from regular class till last day revision and complete read thoroughly probably like you but the rest of the students are not like that and he means those students.
