it looks like it does not sit close enough to the inner part of the lower eyelid which is the main area of concern for me.

There's another KZbinr (named Alexandra) that saw her milia increase after using LED but they went away after stopping, apparently if you are prone to milia this tech can make it worse for some people (but in my experience the best way to cure milia is to avoid any oils - lots of makeup, skincare and makeup remover/cleansers contain oils!)
