@@helenaliu thanks, Helena! Yea it’s so important to have a very comfortable pen so you don’t end up hating the feeling of writing with one lol. I’m sorry the twsbi is doing that for you. It’s definitely a very annoying thing when pens make us cramp but I also tell myself part of that is that I’m not perfect at writing properly to avoid cramps either xD it’s an ongoing learning process! Here’s to a new year of wonderful writing for all of us :)

@@ruonpaper thank you, Ru! Yes I wasn’t enamored by it at first, but it truly writes so well I cannot complain that the blue isn’t more green Lololl! But after I get rid of that thought, the blues that are on this pen are gorgeous!

That Aurora 88 Ortigia is gorgeous ! And I love the pairing with Herbin Turquoise de Perse… if I didn‘t have so many similar inks already, I might get a bottle of it. :) I am using my Pilot Custom 823 in the clear version today… it has a signature nib and I filled it with Iroshizuku fuyu-syogun… the shading is insane ! :D

I would usually never put a shimmer ink in a pen like this, but I’m going to take the risk and explore the fun combinations for now ^^ thanks so much for watching and commenting on my beautiful Aurora 🥰🥹 and fuyu syogun is a beautiful grey from pilot! Love their shading on the right paper!

I love the purple, green, and red inks! I thought about getting Izzy Monster from my recent birthday discount order from Atlas, but only got Wolf Point and Lennon Tool Bar Matcha with their new exclusive Leonardo. Maybe next time. Like you, I’ve also been getting more into brown inks lately, so much so I got some brown pens and inks in my birthday orders. I never thought I’d like brown in either a pen or ink that much, but it’s a very striking color, and there’s a whole beautiful spectrum. I’m waiting on some coffee and tea inks to add to my small brown collection. Monteverde’s Pumpkin Cake is in my new BENU Tiger’s Eye Talisman.

Love to watch your currently inked. I hope to do my own in the new year. Out of all of your pens, I like the Schon Design pen the most. I love seeing all of his brilliant designs. I want one with his nibs. I really want to try one before I buy one. This year I think I am going to Go Wild planner conference since it is close to me so I may not be able to get one this year. I still also have my eye out for a Leonardo that speaks to me.

Hi my friend I really trust your judgment, putting shimmer into a Fountain Pen in my experience is a very bad idea. I really enjoy your videos as always, and I wish you the best of the holidays

Yes, shimmers in a fountain pen is not the best thing to do! For this month alone, I have chosen all shimmer inks for my pens for the special holiday vibe. XD Notice how none of them are regular inks. This is a risk and an experiment - as with all shimmer inks it is a small risk. I definitely will be cleaning these pens immediately once I write one dry and writing with them constantly so that the shimmers do not clog or ruin my feed or pen! :) But I hope my description of each ink helps with the review of how well each shimmer is like. ^_^ Thanks so much for coming by to watch my video Nick!

Hi there, Asha, I bought it this year at the 2024 SF pen show :) He may still have some on his shop - though he just released them back in October to the public on his IG post, so I'm not sure if you can still get them. But indeed, this design is so beautiful!! :) Thanks for watching!

Yes, I shall need to buy a new feed+nib unit for this kilk xD it's not good anymore. I'll get a fine, as well, suits me better than this medium. :) Know of any place that sells the kilk nib units? ^^ LOL and I'll take you up on that disposal :P
