Curried Noodles and Geera (cumin) Turkey. WOW! I can get on board with this type of comfort food.

It's Sunday. It's peaceful and this menu definitely set the right mood for the rest of the week. For some reason, I'm craving lots and lots of geera (cumin). Sometimes we want to try something different and today every single flavor profile came together and hit the palate in what could only be described as a "tsunami in de mouth"! This meal is duckling approved. ENJOY!

Hi Ellis,i absolutely love your videos,however i dont see Mr sana in your family videos, i started watching your videos during the Pandemic till now,loved that the channel was family oriented,you and Mr Sana had so many Adventures each day,he always by your side,and same as you,i just thought he was doing his own videos as a way of Therapy fir him ,since in a video you both did sometime ago speaking about his mental breakdown and his struggles to be better,you both spoke about the journey and how you are staying at his side to help him through . .i thought how noble of you and very committed says will be with God on your side,reading the comments i realized its a separation, i wish you both work out your differences ,each families had issues of some kind,young kids are involved,they need a father figure in their lives..you spoke of the love between you and Mr Sana in that videos..i was happy to see him doing something for himself as a person, the videos and he seemed relaxed,i saw a video where he appeared to have tears in his eyes wanting to stop making videos, stating his family comes first..but im happy he did not compromise himself like that,everyone needs to be themselves and do something they love .i hope you both can work your issues out with the help of God ,nothing is greater than god and prayes you both are lovely people. I admire how strong your are,a wonderful mother and wife .

Dear viewers, please remember that there are three sides to a story. Ellis has been silent about her side, maybe because of the children. Whatever you see on sana and his family’s videos maybe paint a picture of their side of the story but that does not mean that Ellis is at fault. Magnificent Culinary Composition!✨👌👏 Perfect combination of colours, flavours, and textures! 😋🎉 It's extremely helpful when you indicate how to adjust the heat while cooking, and you raise and lower it as if you were shifting gears. 😉 🙌👏 I also learned how to dry temper geera (cumin) to bring out more flavour, and that grinding spices and aromatics extract the oils in these ingredients moreso that cutting them up finely in a food processor. And that trick with the brown paper bag deserves a round of applause. 👏 👏 👏 Breath taking panoramic views of the mountains! My dear ellis. I have refrained from commenting on a very evident situation because quite simply put its not my business. However, there are some who thinks because you are in social media for a fraction of a minute they are very well entitled to comment. My two cents...my family member had a "back and forth" marriage. My family supported and nurtured him believing all that he publicly stated while she remained silent. She left with the kids, he got house, land and continued living well. Divorced and life went on.
