Great point about the traction and keeping it the same. Drives me crazy when ppl complain the traction is the same on the currys. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it! It’s under the shoe anyway lol

When I got these in on Friday..... All I have to say is there isn't another shoe I've put on. I have the AE1 USA also. The CURRY 12 USA in the navy is something else.

Are the AE1 lows USA good? I heard that they have heel slippage and run long. What is your personal experience with them?

@@yogxnzo8285 If a shoe isn't a 1:1 fit you're going to get some heel slippage. It's just going to happen unless we can start heat molding shoes like we do ice skates. I'm a genuine 10.5 in Adidas. I got a 10.5 and they fit fine. Also, don't really think the lacing structure of the AE1 is good enough to correct heel slip. You have to try them on personally. Which is hard to do. I will always recommend a Curry shoe tho. They can be found everywhere to try on and get your right fit. My 2nd favorite shoe is the LeBron NXXT Gen

Shoutout UA, I know Steph makes a lotta money from that partnership, and I'm sure they sell quite a few of those Curry's, but as beloved as he is, just imagine how many pairs of shoes he'd sell if he were still with Nike. It would be crazy imo. (I know about his history with Nike).

Finally someone spoke the damn truth Nike just keeps selling overprized low quality products with poor designs thanks to hypebeasts and resalers who don´t even play basketball, and customers who don´t wanna admit they're no looking for good performance products, they just hop on trends and let marketing fool them so they end up paying insanely high prices for something that ain't worth it But when a brand comes over and starts giving consistent high quality products designed specifically for performance not caring all too much about hype, people start calling 'em cheap and boring This Nike fanbase really needs to stop ruining the sneakerhead community, Nike is not the brand they used to be

I like UA and Curry products in general but Flow doesn't agree with the court I play on so I haven't tried any since the first flow futr x. Maybe I'll give these a try at some point, I think they refinished our court this summer.

With regards to elite traction….yes keep it. It doesn’t matter what brand. I’m glad the curry line has done just that. I did wonder while watching the Olympics if that lateral side was an actual piece for stability or just a graphic and glad to hear it does serve a stability function. Really Cool! The shoes overall look DOPE!! As for the question of the day, you’re sport on with the difference. I’m thinking about it and i can’t see Bruce without Batman, because Bruce Wayne is the facade. Although I guess…the closest I can think of Bruce anting to hang up the cape and cowl was in “Mask of the Phantasm”…it lasted just a split second. The Flashpoint side story regarding Batman was fantastic….and one of my absolute favorites! As much as I’d love to experience Tony’s lifestyle and genius intellect, I love all of Bruce’s skillsets more. They also seem more well rounded in comparison.

These actually look fire and hearing that the cushion is that good gets me hype for them. Curry's have been good, but not really great the last few iterations. This looks like a deffo pick up. ETA: Great take on Bruce v Tony. A consistent portrayal of Bruce, from all his supporting cast, is that his real mask is the face of Bruce vs the cowl being his real face. Tony is just a rich playboy who decided, 'I can be a hero too!'. I'd rather be Tony just because I'd actually be able to be 'me' as opposed to having to pretend to be a well adjusted rich guy lol.

I’m 48yo & after decades of playing basketball on & off, my Achilles tendon feels like it’s gonna snap with every step, the day after playing…..welcome to basketball old age my friend 😂 it’s like dog years. For ever year of basketball, your body goes through x number of years of wear n tear. My issue with Under Armour is the length is a fraction shorter & toe box depth is shallower than most brands. I really want to like UA more, but my feet are freaky.

the tongue looks like the anafoam used on the Curry 1. I figure they tried holes for breathability and found the material to be a comfort issue when lace pressure was applied.

my problem with Curry's with Flow is the toe, My kid can burn thru the toe cushion in just over a month. the rest of the shoe is fine. had to buy three pair in one high school season.

First of all, the Curry 6 is the most underrated model in the line. Rarely ever gets mentioned in the upper echelon, but that's where it belongs. I may have to give these a try, but the flow outsole honestly stops to hard for me and has really bothered my feet in the past.

I have multiple Currys, 8, 9 and Flotro 2, but even that it’s said it has great traction… maybe on a super clean court. where i play there is dust on the wood due to school kids and man i’m skating all around :( so keep that in mind if you are buying a flow
