I agree. Tbh, that's quite the hard part, not many random peeps you found when playing competitive games like these has the mood to just "enjoy" the game instead of being serious. People like yosho's are no doubt one of those guys that refreshes everyone in the match, they don't take it seriously even though they're skilled, these people are rare, especially among random matchmakings.
