I like Jones, he definitely gets more hate than he deserves, especially by some, *ahem* 'fans'. His biggest issues is he takes too long on the ball often times whena simple pass would've done. That said, his finishing is really underrated. He barely misses chances when he he's actually in the box. I think he used to play winger in the academy and Id like to see him make more runs into the box. There was that spell at the end of the season (think it was 2 seasons ago?) where he was on fire. Hopefully he finds that form again.

Nah. his finishing is what I think he needs to improve on the most. Doesn't have that killer instinct in front of goal sometimes (e.g that horrible miss against crystal palace last season)
