Because there's a multicam setup with multiple guests. The cuts are too fast for the longform format, I will agree on that. "Heavily edited" implies things are left out, I don't see any obvious indications of "heavy editing" in that sense. They left all the snorts, ummms, and inhales in. Probably just a tiktok editor that suddenly has to do 1 hour, newbie editor or a shitty AI.
