@@Rosegolddd you would likely need to get the shareable link from Canva, put it into a word doc, and .zip it then upload the zip file to MyDesigns.

Hi Curtin, How can we offer a bundle of 10 or 20 mug wraps in 1 listing using MyDesigns? I mean, the customer will get 10/20 wraps instead of just 1.

@@shahrozjamil2939 yes, you can do that too. Save the designs to the same listing but in a separate file slot and when publishing them, you can choose the files you want to include from the file slots.

why when i tty to publish design it's just go to draft not also published. how can i change price from mydesigns everytime i want. why if i fetch sales it's not give me exact day of sales for example if i made multiple sales before i go to use mydesigns and i want now to sync the sales it's show me the sales of all days at one day is the day of sync

Thank you for this video. I didn't understand why you entered the dimensions in the canvas manually. Can't you just use a template for a mug from the product catalog with the same dimensions? This would make it easier to align the graphics. Or is there a specific reason for this? Also the custom size you have entered for 11oz is 2250x1050. In the product catalog the width for 11oz is 2325, 2625 or 2475. Or does it not really matter?

These dimensions are the most popular for digital mug wraps (sublimation), that's why I used them. Each printer for POD will have their own requirements/templates, and when the time comes - I'll make a video covering creating these mug wraps for full bleed POD mugs in MyDesigns too.

It's possible for POD products, but not digital just yet. It is a feature we have on our roadmap though and will be added to MyDesigns before long.
