Continuing with the base fabrication this week to get it ready to load up and deliver. Next week the carpentry begins on the top.

@@horstszibulski19 I wish I could show it all but it’s a build only series this time. I kind of explained it in the description of the first video. Private client and I’m totally fine with it. It will still be fun to watch go together. It gets pretty crazy next episode:)

Thought this was being built for a commercial building because of the size of the cupola, but was taken aback when you said it was for a house, lol. Must be a good sized house if it's proportional to the house.

@@george8873 it’s not a giant house, but perhaps cupola is misleading. It’s more of a standalone roof than it is a rooftopper that the term would imply I guess.

Precision guage blocks. Nice square. This musta been a while ago. Im trying to paint house and could only get 3-4 hours before surface temps went over 100.

I'm guessing the corner spacers are to compensate for the curve of the inside of the angle iron. Right?

@@johnjacobs4207 Mostly but it also had to do with putting the inside of the frame at a specific position relative to the outside of the angle

It’s not connected to any of my current barn projects. It was a standalone project over a year ago and I’m just getting around to making videos about it. This base is what the cupola roof will mount to.
