Basalt has good looks and yes most of the features I find in Curvv are just for showoff than necessary. Plus Citroen are one of the best suspension makers in the world, so there will be 0 complaints on ride comfort, which I'll prefer over gimmicky features-just my opinions tho

I want people to don't go blindly for Curvv or Basalt, take test ride of both and don't let feature list to influence your buying decision. If a car is better in refinement and comfortable go for it because in longer run this will matter the most not your speakers or 10 inch infotainment system. Features like infotainment system and speakers can be installed later with much cheaper price and of better quality
