Absolutely it took me 1 year to get to this level but I been following her for 2 yr now and I have AMAZING 🤩 RESULTS!! I have lost total 80 pounds and 10 inches off waist and 5 off my hips and 6 off my busts but I wound up getting some volume in my busts which brought my measurements back up 2 inches 😮 isn’t that amazing 🤩 lol 😂 ❤❤❤❤❤ and my booty lifted 2 1/4 inches but I gained 6 inches in volume in my booty!!!! 😊😊❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤ Which means booty pump videos they WORK!!!! Gonna do this for two weeks (hope I don't end up disappointing) Day 1:✅️ And also some advice. To grow glutes u need to eat in a caloric surplus so try and eat alot of protein and NOT foods that will make u gain fat in the belly area Day 2:✅️ for some reason it hurt more today than yesterday. Maybe because of the pain yesterdays workout gave me 😅 Day 3:✅️ too tired to comment(I did a muffin top workout before this) Day 4:✅️ decided to do this workout first so I'm not as tired as yesterday. Can't believe I made it this far!!!! Only 10 days to go😊 Day 5:✅️ and tired 😐 Day 6: rest day so ❌️ Day 7:✅️ done. Also adding HIIT and a waist workout to my routine from today to sculpt more of an hourglass figure Day 8:✅️ And I see results already!!! Ima do this workout for 14 days! As a new start of the year. 1/2 ✅ Day 1: I didn't feel much pain at first, but then at the pumps I started to feel it 2/2 ✅ Day 2: Actually, I had no motivation and energy to do anything today but I forced myself, I'm so happy about it. Doing this for ten days! Y’all in the comments better hold me accountable. Day 1: Complete! I definitely feel the burn, but it’s great. Day 2: A little bit sore today, so it was harder to do the workout. I was able to add a resistance band anyways! Day 3: Traveling- didn’t have time Day 4: still a little bit sore, but still using resistance bands Day 5: was a tad easier than yesterday Day 6: not that much different from yesterday, although a little bit more confident Day 7: A little easier still, and I feel like I’m seeing a difference?? Day 8: I feel like I really am seeing a difference by now Day 9: It’s waaaay easier to do now!! I upped the resistance band thickness Day 10: Done! While no dramatic results, it’s definitely worth a try!

I will do this for two weeks, hope these comments dont lie . Ive done one of her workouts for hips before and it worked pretty well. Day 1 : ✅ i dont fell any pain lol Day 2:✅ i did all the exercises except the last one because idk how she does it. When i do it i feel like my vaginal bones are chrusing and my organs are exiting from my back and i fell no burn in my side glutes. Day 3:✅ it didnt hurt much Day 4:✅ i didnt fell any burn in one of my side glutes on the exercise before the last one. Day 5: ❌ rest day Day 6: ❌ i forgot Day 7 :✅ i could fell the burn after 2 days off First week: i dont really see any results. You can't get rid of hip dips as they are your bone structure but if you build muscle around them it will for sure cover them!
