How do you season the grill pan???

Hi Diane, You don't, it has a non-stick surface.

The instructions say to rub oil on it with a cloth or paper towel then heat to medium level (I would think 250 to 300) and then turn off the heat and let it cool down. Not sure you really need to do this though.

It looks very much like the power smokeless grill (which I have) and it is brilliant at doing bacon and eggs (I use the griddle) I prefer the temperature set up on this grill. Good review.
