1 1/2 cup cake flour/all purpose flour
1 1/2tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2cup white sugar
4egg yolks
1/2cup evaporated milk
1/4cup oil
1/2cup water
1tsp vanilla
MERINGUE:
4egg white
1/4cup white sugar
