- 2 and 1/4 tsp instant yeast

* Ingredients for the custard cream:
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tsp vanilla essence

After cutting rounds, leave again for proofing. Put each donut on a butter paper. Then fry. You can directly slide donut with butter paper in oil. Then remove the butter paper later.
