I made them today. They turned out super soft. I am not good with dough and was encouraged by your step by step tutorial. They look like roses before baking. Hi Poulami,In most of my videos ,I have used All purpose flour with 10 % protein ;Made in a local flour mills in Doha called Qatar Flour Mills(QFM). For Bread flour,King Arthur is one of the best brands.Here is the Amazon Affiliate link :amzn.to/30LZT4l Always check for the protein percent while buying four for making bread..to make best breads with good oven spring we need protein percent as 10 % or more.

Hi Bincy. Tried these rolls today. Happy to say that I made the rosettes beautifully. Only the browning at the end did not come to my satisfaction, for some inexplicable reason. The egg yolks here are light yellow, could that be the reason? Otherwise the custard rolls tasted good.
