Pwd po mag tanong hindi po kami kasal pero my anak kami so 14 years old na yung bata pero when he turn two years old nawla na lng sya bigla iniwan na lng sya sa mga parents at nalaman po na my familya na my dalawang anak sa iba so binigay po sakin ng mga lola yung bata noon. So ngayon po kailangan ko po kumawa ng passport ng bata eh hinahanap po yung nanay pano po kung hindi po alam at na matay na din po mga magulang nya so 12 years na po kaming wlang alam sa kanila pano po ba gagawin pag ganito

Hi po, Attorney…ka hapon lang June 13, 2024, sa DSWD ng local government namin, may pinirmahan po kami ng tatay ng anak ko, tungkol sa custody ng bata.. 9 year old po ung anak namin, pero hindi po kami kasal ..valid po ba iyon or pwede ko pa makuha ang full custody ng anak ko? May records po kasi tungkol sa drugs ung tatay, nakulong ng about 2 years..ano po ung dapat kung gawin? E appeal pa po ba sa korte?
