Cool statue. Even though the costume is iconic, I’ve never been a fan of the yellow/blue or brown/orange on Wolverine. I’m more of a Weapon X version. But I wonder if the “cowl warping” might be the sculptor’s intentional attempt to express dynamic motion, since Wolverine is slightly twisting away and swinging his body more towards one direction. But who knows. Just trying to make lemonade.

Thanks. You may be right. I thought it might've been warping from the heat but on one portrait one side is just flat out bigger. Could be a factory error.

Love the sculpt of the Wolverine but not so fond of the base. There isn't a need to have that Sabertooth part in front. Otherwise it's really a great sculpt of wolverine.

Great review was almost tempted to pick up this custom my self. Shame about the QC’s to the cowls. Have you tried taking a hair dryer to them? It would really bother me with the wonky ears and the very noticeable seams behind the cowls. Could be down to the harsh lighting with the seams. Will u be getting the Sabertooth to match? Thanks for sharing and well spotted with the zips on the back of the boots.

Hey thanks for checking it out. Actually it's not mine. A friend let me review it before sending it back to him. He's already said he's selling it and the Sabertooth when he gets it. I think the cowl was just 2 different sizes and shapes

Where did you get your showcase they are very nice, and are they adjustable? I print and paint a lot of half scale figures, and I’m looking for a nice showcase to display my work.

It's a garage shelf that I customized. They are adjustable. You can use 5 or less shelves at any time. I have a couple videos about them.
