Campagnolo was cool in the 11s era. The combination of this 5-arm crank (early model) and hollowed-out rear derailleur (later model) is exactly what I love!

I had a Master X Light in an almost identical build until a car running a red light did for it (and almost me...). The one problem with these builds is that no modern stem is thin enough to match the diameter of the tubing of classic steel bikes. I know it's unavoidable, but that claimp on the seat tube is making me wince...

Back around 2000, my buddy did pretty much what you just did - ordered his Master Light frame in a very similiar gorgeous color scheme, and went Campy Record all the way, building it out from the ground up. I had a new Chorus equipped De Rosa '57 Replica thin tube sweetheart, with the frame built personally by Ugo De Rosa. Those were VERY good times, when steel still ruled the road, and you could develop a very special relationship with a bike. We rode the mtns of Colorado at every opportunity, which were many, and always recognizing are blessings. Don't try that with the Chinese carbon these days - No thanks.
