The frame is looking strong. The axles Hillbilly did looking good. Nice assist on helping prep the templates for Robby as he was busy and had them ready when he got back to the build keeping the build moving forward. Over all good team work.

FYI the differential housing is cast steel, if it was cast iron you would have to use a high nickel rod like a cast 55 or cast 99 and stick weld it. Mig welding to cast iron will not stick at all.

@@davidsanders4703 you can weld to a diff using mig, I do it regularly but there is a difference between cast iron and cast steel. They look the same, but with regular mig wire you can't weld to cast iron, you need high nickel rods. Not all diffs are cast iron, most are cast steel.

Those kids are really becoming personalities on the channel. The last few words that Lincoln spoke were priceless. "Bye guys"! The bread truck is really coming along too. The finish work is showing quality with the stronger frame and stronger or bigger parts. But I'm still having a question as to how the truck will be used when done. At one point you mentioned a side fold-down window that could be used to hand out stuff like merch or food, etc.

Wonder if you should have figured pinions angles before tacking the axles in. This way could have built the 4 links right from there. Right now you’ll have to cut them out and redo the centering process. Front diff is like a 0°.

@MaxPower_Designs That would require the engine/ trans/ transfer case to all be in their final resting places 1st. I think he just wanted to be able to roll it around at this point. They should be able to cut the square stock on the back & sides(rear)...front & sides (front), then rotate the axle on the remaining welds. Have a great day!
