Watch as cases are formed and the plastic containers of lettuce are turned 90 degrees then fed through the conveyor belt, picked up, and placed into the formed cases with precision. With the help of light sensors, any faulted products are detected and diverted from the line, ensuring only the highest quality products are packed.
Once packed, the cases move on to the case sealer where hot melt glue is applied, ensuring your products are secure during distribution.
